Fela Ransome-Kuti and the Africa 70- Live with Ginger Baker (CD)

Originally released in 1971, this album helped propel Fela into the Anglo consciousness by recording with ex-Cream drummer, Ginger Baker. Fela, Baker and Africa ’70 gives listeners a jolt of James Brown-funk and jazz. An essential record.
